FLAT RATE shipping & packaging New Zealand Nationwide $8
Australia shipping costs start at NZ$20 please contact us directly for an actual freight costs.

Once you have completed your online order you will receive a confirmation email. Please check that all the information is correct and advise immediately if there are changes to be made.
All packages are sent via tracked courier from our local base in Russell, The Bay of Islands to physical addresses only. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders are typically despatched twice a week, Mondays & Thursdays. If you require an urgent order please contact me.
Your order should arrive within 5 - 7 working days after your order is placed, sometimes a little sooner depending on your location and a little longer for rural deliveries. If you require your order within a certain time frame please contact me to arrange this.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order you will be notified within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if your goods are faulty. Please email us with a photo of the fault attached and we will contact you to arrange an exchange or refund.
If you have changed your mind on the item you purchased it can be exchanged. Please return the item in as new condition including a return self addressed courier bag.
GIFT WRAPPING
If you’d like your purchase gift wrapped we will happily do that free of charge and add a lovely message from you.
